Version 0.6.8 - Release Notes

Card input now lets you choose printings directly from search results, Jumpstart deck editing is quicker to access, loading states are clearer, cube list animations feel smoother, and some sidebar items have been reorganized into the user menu.

CubeForge quality-of-life improvements in version 0.6.8

In version 0.6.8, I focused on reducing friction in everyday cube editing and cleaning up a few rough edges in the UI.

The card input now lets you pick a specific printing straight from the search dropdown.

If a card has multiple printings available, there is now a quick switch action right in the result row that opens the printing picker immediately. This should make adding cards to a cube feel much smoother, especially when you already know you want a particular version.

I also improved the state handling of that same input so it better reflects what it is doing while you type. Search results now communicate loading more clearly instead of briefly showing stale or misleading states.

🎴 Jumpstart deck editing is now faster to reach

I added a quicker path to managing Jumpstart decks directly from the cube edit page.

There is now a new ... action button next to the card input and import button. From there, you can open Jumpstart decks in a modal and create, edit, or delete decks without leaving the main editing workflow.

This is the same deck management UI that already exists in cube settings, just exposed in a much faster place for cubes that actively use Jumpstart.

✨ Cube list animations are now smoother when cards change

I improved the add and remove behavior in the cube list so rows do not shift as abruptly when a card appears or disappears.

Removing a card still highlights the change, but the surrounding rows now ease into their new positions more naturally instead of snapping around after the animation finishes.

🧭 Beta Feedback moved into the user menu

I also reorganized the sidebar a bit to reduce clutter.

The Beta Feedback links, including Request Feature and Report a Bug, now live inside the user submenu opened from your profile portrait.
