Version 0.8.14 - Release Notes

CubeForge 0.8.14 refreshes card details, adds preferred card languages to the Cube Generator, and makes P1P1 polls load more smoothly.

Version 0.8.14 makes card details easier to scan, gives set cube builders more control over card languages, and smooths out shared P1P1 polls.

🃏 Clearer card details

The card details modal now gives Edit, Card Info, Advanced Bots, Comments, and Buy the same clean, contained layout. Each tab has a short description and clearer separation between its heading and content, so it is easier to find the setting or information you need.

The Buy tab also uses its header more efficiently: the regional-pricing and affiliate note now lives behind a small information tooltip beside the marketplace heading instead of occupying a permanent footer.

Card hover previews in the cube editor are quieter too. Instead of briefly showing a card-name placeholder, the preview waits until the low-resolution artwork is ready and then appears in one clean step.

🌍 Build set cubes in your preferred card language

The Cube Generator can now build set and block cubes using English, French, or Japanese printings. Choose a preferred language before generating the list, and CubeForge uses an official printing in that language whenever one is available. Cards without a matching printing remain in English.

A recap shows how many cards were localized, how many stayed in English, and how often a different printing was needed. Those selected printings carry through to exported lists and cubes created from the generator.

✨ Smoother P1P1 polls

Shared P1P1 polls now begin loading their pack sooner, while card faces and backs are prepared before the deal-and-flip reveal starts. This reduces blank artwork during the animation and gets visitors to the poll more smoothly.

Returning voters are also placed into the correct state before voting becomes available, avoiding a brief chance to pick again while their previous choice loads. New polls default to having no deadline, though you can still choose a fixed duration when creating one.

📚 A new guide and smaller fixes

A new Winston Draft guide covers the two-player format's setup, rules, strategy, and CubeForge workflow from start to finish.

Bulk card imports are working reliably again, and compact foil finish badges keep their foil appearance without constantly animating.
