Version 0.5.16 - Release Notes

In today’s update, version 0.5.16, I expanded the Helper Card Generator with two printable card tools for Magic: The Gathering cubes, along with SEO and localization improvements.

🏆 New Achievement Card Generator

You can now create custom printable achievement cards for your cube drafts, including:

• Editable title, type line, body text, reward, flavor text, and badge number
• Local image support and official MTG artwork selection
• Automatic illustrator credit when Magic art is used
• One-click PNG export for easy printing

The goal is to help cube groups introduce alternative objectives and add replayability to their draft environment.

🗂️ Archetypes Card Improvements

The archetypes tool has been renamed to Archetypes Card and is now easier to discover from the helper generator page.

It now includes a dedicated FAQ section (with structured data), similar to the Achievement Card tool. This improves search indexing while also making the page clearer for newer cube designers.

🌍 Public Access + Localization

Both helper tools are now available without authentication, making them easier to share with your playgroup.

They also support i18n and localized routes, including French and Japanese versions.

🎯 Why this matters

These helper tools are designed to make cube onboarding and event setup smoother:

• Achievement cards encourage creative play patterns and memorable moments
• Archetypes cards help players quickly understand supported strategies

As always, this is iterative, and I’ll continue refining both tools based on feedback.
