The format introduces four new bending mechanics—airbending, waterbending, earthbending, and firebending—alongside Lessons, Clues, double-faced Sagas, Shrines, and a small number of Exhaust cards. Limited play follows a traditional ten-archetype structure with signpost uncommons for every color pair. The draft environment rewards synergy, efficient sequencing, and understanding how the bending mechanics interact with combat, mana, and resource management.
