Cascade is the headline mechanic, giving many spells built-in value, while hybrid-gold costs and Borderposts help smooth awkward color requirements. Expect shard-based decks, two-color starts with splashes, and occasional five-color piles. Good drafting means staying open without letting your mana collapse.
