Dragon's Maze is the final set of the Return to Ravnica block and brings all ten guilds together in a heavily multicolor Limited environment. The set introduces fuse split cards while continuing to support every guild mechanic from Return to Ravnica and Gatecrash, including populate, detain, unleash, scavenge, overload, battalion, extort, cipher, bloodrush, and evolve. Gates are a major part of the format, providing both fixing and synergy payoffs that make splashing and three-color decks more practical than in many Limited environments. Historically, Dragon's Maze was drafted alongside Gatecrash and Return to Ravnica in DGM-GTC-RTR draft, creating a broad guild-focused experience.
