Draft Final Fantasy
Magic: The Gathering—FINAL FANTASY (FIN) is a Standard-legal draft set released in June 2025, drawing from all sixteen mainline FINAL FANTASY games. Its Limited environment supports all ten two-color pairs. Job Select Equipment creates a 1/1 Hero and immediately equips it, while Tiered spells offer stronger effects when you invest more mana. Summons appear as Saga creatures, combining chapter abilities with creatures that can attack and block before their final chapter sends them to the graveyard. A full cycle of common two-color Town lands provides fixing, and landcycling improves mana consistency. Most decks remain primarily two-color, but green-blue Town Ramp can comfortably branch into additional colors.

Archetypes
A quick reference for the main decks and strategies to look for while drafting this set cube.
Artifacts
Accumulate artifact creatures, Equipment, Treasures, and Job Select cards, then turn your high artifact count into board and card advantage.
Control
Trade resources, filter or discard cards, and use removal and graveyard value to win a slower game.
Black Mage Aggro
Apply early pressure and cast plenty of noncreature spells, turning Wizard tokens and other Black Mage payoffs into direct damage.
Landfall Aggro
Keep lands entering the battlefield to trigger Landfall, power up Chocobos, and support an aggressive creature curve.
Go Wide
Build a broad battlefield of creatures and tokens, with Saga creatures and team-oriented payoffs providing additional value.
Sacrifice
Turn creatures, artifact tokens, and other expendable permanents into resources through sacrifice outlets and related payoffs.
Big Noncreatures
Spend four or more mana on impactful noncreature spells, using Tiered and flashback cards to trigger your expensive-spell payoffs efficiently.
Graveyard Value
Fill the graveyard with permanent cards, then use threats and value spells that become stronger as your graveyard grows.
Equipment Aggro
Use Equipment and Job Select to create already-equipped Heroes, build up attackers, and maintain pressure while generating incremental value.
Town Ramp
Draft Towns and land-search effects, accelerate into expensive spells, and use the strong mana base to splash powerful cards when appropriate.
