Draft Time Spiral

Time Spiral is the first set of Time Spiral block and a mechanically dense return to Dominaria. Its original draft format was triple-Time Spiral, so a Time Spiral set cube closely reflects the set’s first Limited environment. The set introduced suspend, split second, and flash as keyword mechanics while bringing back many older mechanics, including buyback, echo, flanking, flashback, kicker, madness, morph, shadow, storm, and threshold. Each booster also included a timeshifted card, adding older reprints to the Limited card pool. Drafting Time Spiral rewards experience and flexibility: there are real synergy decks, but many games are decided by curve, removal, evasion, suspend timing, and knowing when a clever card is too narrow.
